You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive. If you choose to ignore this important restriction, all your accounts will be disabled. If you require a temporary user name for any reason. If you require a display name change, please notify an admin. If you have forgotten your log in details and are unable to retrieve them via the system, do not create a new account, please contact us via EMAIL by clicking the VIEW FORUM LEADERS section at the bottom of the forum.

Downloads Posting Rules:

General posting:
-NO PORN POSTING (posting will result ban permanently )
-Racism will not be tolerated.
-No spamming.
-Do not start a flame war, at all. If you have beef take it to the beef forum.
-English only, this is an english language forum.
-Use your best spelling that you can, it doesnt have to be perfect just dont talk like an idiot.

Movie posting:
-Post info on the movie, such as the movie cover, what the movie is about (imdb), screenshots, etc.
-Post what kind of quality, dvd rip, cam, telecine, telesync, R5, dvd screener, etc.

WARNINGS!
NO POSTING OF PORN, USING PORN AVATARS OR USING ANY KIND OF PORN IN SIGNATURES. DOING SO WILL GET YOU A PERMANENT BAN WITHOUT WARNING

Music posting:
-Try to post the CD cover if possible.
-Post the tracks on the album.

Operating System posting:
-Remember to add "Official" or "Non-official" for each operating system you posted.
-Official are for those operating system that is officially found in official website such as Microsoft, Linux or Apple and does not contain any modified files.
-Non-official are for those operating system that can't be found in official website such as Microsoft, Linux or Apple and contain some "homemade" or some modified files.

Games posting:
-Post what the game is for, pc, ps2, xbox, xbox 360, etc...
-Post the game cover image if possible.
-Post some gameplay or some game screenshort if possible.
-Post Minimum System Requirements if possible.

Requesting:
-Make your requests as detailed as you can, don't post something like "i need easyimage", who knows how many programs there may be called that.
-Use the search button before you make a request!

General Forum Rules:

These rules apply to all forum categories.

*If you get banned for whatever reason, do NOT create another username or "alter ego" to get around the ban. Your IP will be banned PERMANENTLY and more persistant cases will be reported to their ISP.

*If you post nonsense that doesn't relate to the thread, you will be banned WITHOUT A WARNING!

Examples:
- ahdjfhkajlhfhalksjdfkjahdjlfajklfda type post we do not allow at all!
- Posting in a thread that is about sports and you reply saying you like to eat candy.

*Do NOT spam. You WILL be banned! Examples of spamming:

- Replying to a link thread just for name sake without saying thanks in the post. For example, replying with "hidden" "lemme see" "reply" "..." ''asfsdsgfdsgafsa'' etc. Saying "propz" is not the same as saying "thanks."

- Double posting.

- Commenting about how a band/album/song sucks in a thread. Don't like what was posted? Don't download it and ignore it.

*Do not double (triple, quadruple, etc.) post. Double posting is when you post back-to-back in the same thread with no one posting in between. We usually let this go in threads in the Free For All Forum. Please be sure to use the "EDIT" button on your previous post and add your newer comments there.

*Do not post links to other mp3 forums/sites (Links directly to mp3 indexes are allowed)
Do not create a thread asking for links to other sites similar to TamilDivx.Net.

*When posting any content at all QUOTE the links. Use this code [*Quote]Text Goes Here[*/Quote]. Remove * from the code.

* We take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously! We do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.

* You are responsible for any posts originating from your account.

* All publicly displayed messages are limited to the English language. This includes posts, titles, signatures, and any attachments or other forms of public display.

* Signature Spam (a post that was made in hopes of showing a signature, as determined by moderators) is forbidden in all forum categories.

* You may not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on the forum.

* You may not advertise your own site in your posts.

* You may not post to instruct users to check their e-mail, check their PM, or
inform them that they've got mail or a new PM, or any variant thereof.

* Cross-Posting is not allowed here. Cross-posting refers to posting new duplicate threads or posts.

* You may not solicit any external source to post on this forum regarding your company, services, or products; or any company, services, or products you are or may be associated with.

* You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages, signatures, and e-mail features.

* You may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by Ub3rhack3r5. Please contact us if you feel a word or URL is unjustly censored.

* You may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or are determined by moderators to be detrimental to the community.

* You may not bump threads. Bumping can refer to posting useless information, posting one-liners or any other action to deliberately keep a thread hot or to bring it to the top of its forum. Moderators will use their discretion, depending on the nature of the post, as to whether to take action or not.

* You may not use discussions to recommend, praise, or belittle other products or services, or any company; without first hand experience of those products or services. This includes companies recommending other companies. Any post not meeting a moderator's criteria will be removed without notice.

* Public posts debating these rules and/or moderators' enforcement of such, will be removed without comment. If you have concerns about a moderator's decision please take it via PM.

*If you steal links you will be permanently banned without warning. This means posting a DIRECT link that a TamilDivx.Net user posted here at another forum/website/etc.

*Tamil Movies is a sharing community, so we ask that you do your part and contribute.

Custom User Titles, Personal info fields, and Signatures:

The custom user title, personal info fields, and signature options are edited via your Profile. Custom user titles and the location field are displayed next to your posted text, under your display name. Signatures, once created in your profile, are attached to the end of your posts (if you choose the option to include your signature).

* URLs or other forms of advertising (phone numbers, plans, contact details, etc.) are not allowed in custom user titles, which are limited to 25 characters. Also, you may not use custom titles to impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, Staff, user groups, or any entity you are not associated with..

* Your personal info fields cannot include URLs or other forms of advertising.

Signatures:
Must be setup in your profile, and not manually added to your messages.
May include two clickable links.
Maximum font size cannot be larger than normal.
Must be kept to a maximum of four lines (at 1024x768 resolution).
Please keep special characters to a minimum.
Your signature is your signature. It is not for sale or rent.
Any signature that is offensive or insulting to Ub3rhack3r5, its members, or its staff, is prohibited.
We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.

Do not take credit for things that are not yours or things you did not make.
1st Offense - 7 day suspension.
2nd Offense - 10 day to 1 Month suspension.
3rd Offense - Permanent ban from our server.

Any posts not meeting these guidelines may be removed. We have the right to update these rules anytime we feel needed.
